 Are you overweight? Or have you ever been overweight?
yes i am way overweight
 If you are overweight, what do you think is the reason FOR YOU?
i come from a long line of overweight family members and health problems im Thyroids i have been tested but i dont have it
 What do you think is the reason FOR OTHER OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE?
food people love to eat and this day and time food is high in sugar calories and fats the thing that adds on to weight gain
 Are you on a diet at the moment?
yes i am just started a week ago and i feel better already
 What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.
g- Healthy life style.
h- Your own definition. Please type.
i eat between less than 1350 calories a day i have started exercising daily and drinking only water
 Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
im hoping it will be successful i want to be healthy and in shape so im hoping what im doing will work
 Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?
yes i was on diet pills from a doctor and when i stoped taking them i also stoped working out and eating poorly
 If you have ever succeeded to achieve your diet goals, what is it that you`ve done right?

 Please tell us 3 tips for a successful diet. We are all ears.
1 get up and move as much as you can get your heart rate up and do it daily even if it only 10 mins a day you will see with time you can increase you work out time the more you move the more fat and calories you burn!

2 eat smaller portions of food and watch your calorie in take set your self a goal and keep it dont go over what you have set it on

3 drink lots and lots of water even if you have to add flavor get a low cal flavor try and stay away from sodas and high cal drink as much as you can i am now only drinking water!!
 What are you observing in other dieters as mistakes?

 Please tell us some important mistakes you did in your diets. We can learn from them.
i gave up when i should have keep up what i was doing
 How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
i think they should be your cheerleaders cheering you on as you would in football as you go for the goal they should support you and help you in all you do to reach your goal
 If you are living with others, how do you handle the problem of you having special diet meals while others have their usual meals?
i am determined to stick to what i have going and it that mean me eating away from the others so that im not encouraged to eat as they do then i will do so
 How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
this is one of the problems i have at first but if you choose low cal food then you can eat just about all day lol and feel full
 Could you warn us about some diet methods you got involved with that did not work?

 Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
with my weight exercise come hard to me there is not much a can do beside walking and swimming i am trying the zumba work out but i have to do it at my own pace and work myself up to a faster workout
