No, but I am not the size I would like to be.
What do you think is the reason FOR OTHER OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE?
They don't have free eating days. If they had free eats then they wouldn't have to flunk out on there diets. Its really important that you have free eats, then your body won't try to lock in fats from other foods.
Are you on a diet at the moment?
Yes, and its very effective.
What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.

Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
Yes I do because I am doing it freely. I am only doing things that I can handle. My diet matches my standards and my needs.

1. Pick a day to have a free eat day.
2. Get enough sleep.
3. record what you have eaten.
What are you observing in other dieters as mistakes?
They don't eat correct. You don't have to eat all fruits and veggies. You can eat whatever you want but keep it at a minimum.
Please tell us some important mistakes you did in your diets. We can learn from them.
The mistake that I made was doing yo-yos. Losing the weight and gainging it back soon as I stop. Its important that you try to maintain that same out look on life.
How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
I would hope that they would push me on. That would show me that they support me and my decisions.
If you are living with others, how do you handle the problem of you having special diet meals while others have their usual meals?
I would spice up my meal by eating a lean cusine meal. There really good an they meet all of the dietary standards.
How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
To cope with eating less I eat lots of fruit. You can always eat unlimited fruit.
Could you tell us some diet methods you got involved with that did work.
One of the best diets is the 20/80 diet. It works for just about everyone. You have to workout for 20mins then you eat a 80calorie snack. Like a granola bar, or a brownie.
Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
I think that it takes excercise to have a successful diet. When you see ads that say eat and no excercise thats a lie. Its impossible to do so without effort.
Is there anything you`d care to say about diets?
Diets can be extremely dangerous! NEVER take unauthorized pills. If your taking pills be safe and take water pills or do a monthly cleanser.
