Yes, and its hard to get your friends and family to understand how you feel.
What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.

Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
Yes, I have to be willing to do what I need to do, if not it will get harder and harder and thats not good.
Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?
Yes last year, lost and felt soo good. But things I had to take care of and It wasnt good. My Spouses health, got up tight and of course ate. Not good. My fault.

Kept up my exercise and didnt eat any sugars.

God! Exercise, Will Power, Buddy System, Smaller plate to eat off of, that way you think you have alot of food on your plate.
What are you observing in other dieters as mistakes?
Dont call it a DIET. Call it eating Less.
Please tell us some important mistakes you did in your diets. We can learn from them.
Being too busy, not doing for myself. It only takes 30 minutes in your day to exercise. WHY? How Stupid we can be.
If you never managed to get thin until now, why do you think? A criticizing mother? Pizza Hut?
We try to teach our kids what we have indured in our lives living large, but they always do think it could not happen to them. We just need to support them. Not Critize.
How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
Its takes the whole family to get involved, they need to help out as much as possible. We all need reminders.
If you are living with others, how do you handle the problem of you having special diet meals while others have their usual meals?
It doesnt hurt even for them to try the meal themselves, they might some day have to indure that themselves. We all need to eat healther.
How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
To see your weight scale change in front of your eyes and to eating less it is worth it, the reward you get.

Dont take over the counter stuff. Your wasting your money. Just change your eating habits and it Will Happen.

Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
Very strong, because it does work. Some people may have bone issues, but there is low impact exercise.
Is there anything you`d care to say about diets?
Do it before it's too late, once you know your starting to look fat or got some tight clothes, do something before you runn out of clothes. dont waste your time.
