Are you overweight? Or have you ever been overweight?
Yes I am very over weight. :(
If you are overweight, what do you think is the reason FOR YOU?
Well I think a lot of things come into play when it comes to why I am over weight. stress is one of the main ones. I noticed I had gain a lot of my weight after I had my third baby ( love her so) but she had some heart problems that needed surgery . That was a dramatic time in my life and I kind of stopped caring of myself and it's been all about the kids since than. and of course not enough exercise! :)
Are you on a diet at the moment?
What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.
g- Healthy life style.
h- Your own definition. Please type.
diet used to be a bad word for me and I always use the internet to see if I could run into something that might help me. but really being on diet is a life change. I just want to be happy and healthy so diet to me means right food choices and exercising to maintain or lose a couple of pounds. to live a happier healthier life.
Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
I do expect my diet to be successful because I am determined and I am ready for a life change. Plus they don't make cute close for big girls like me!!!
Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?
no I just been gaining weight slowly but surely through out the years.
Please tell us 3 tips for a successful diet. We are all ears.
buddy system/team system to give you that drive to lose weight.
Please tell us some important mistakes you did in your diets. We can learn from them.

How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
they should support me!! I thinking talking about it is a good thing just because you need that reminder once in a while.
How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
Well I enjoy the light eating as well I don't feel so bloated and full.
Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
I love aerobics, dance you name it ! and also fast walking I'm not a fan of running :(
Is there anything you`d care to say about diets?
choose the right diet for your life style and remember there is no miracle diets! it takes time but you well enjoy your reward.
