Are you overweight? Or have you ever been overweight?
If you are overweight, what do you think is the reason FOR YOU?
according to my bmi, im not overweight. but i feel i am. my problem is that i'm lazy and i eat all the wrong things.
What do you think is the reason FOR OTHER OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE?
being lazy, ill education on foods, lack of self control.
Are you on a diet at the moment?
What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.
g- Healthy life style.

i see it as a life style change rather than a diet.
Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
i hope it will be because i'll be pissed if i put in the effort just to get nothing out of it lol.
Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?
yes. got down to 113 lbs, got really happy with it, then went back to my old eating habits.

If you never managed to get thin until now, why do you think? A criticizing mother? Pizza Hut?
my own laziness. i get bored too easy! i was bullied about my weight by my family, but thats no excuse to be honest coz i'll never win with them lol.
How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
encouragement goes a long way, but ultimately is down to the dieter.
If you are living with others, how do you handle the problem of you having special diet meals while others have their usual meals?
if you're focused then it shouldn't be a problem.
How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
i'm mixed really. some days i feel good, other days it hurts. its just about finding the right foods for you.
Could you warn us about some diet methods you got involved with that did not work?
starvation. the weight comes back on 3 fold lol.

portion control, and not beating myself up when i fell off the wagon.
Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
exercise isn't for everyone, but you can make changes like taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking the dog, find a buddy to walk with etc
Is there anything you`d care to say about diets?
be careful with them as they can do more damage than good. always see a doctor beforehand.
